Process orders, returns, and exchanges with precision and attention to detail

Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, multitasking abilities, and a customer-focused mindset
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in customer service or contact center environments
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in CRM software and contact center technology
Strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Flexibility to work part-time hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
