Remote Customer Experience- Email, Chat, Call
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented professional to join our team as a RemoteCustomer Experience Agent.This role will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through email, chat, and phone communications. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling a variety of customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high level of customer... satisfaction.
Β Key Responsibilities and Duties:**
Β Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and in a timely manner
Β Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
Β Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations
Β Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
Β Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary
Β Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods/tools
Β Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Β Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Β Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Β Take the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal client base
Β Work collaboratively with team members to improve the overall customer service experience
Β Stay up-to-date with new products, services, and policies
Β Qualifications:**
Β Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Β Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Β Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Β Excellent communication and presentation skills
Β Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Β High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Β Skills and Competencies:**
Β Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Β Strong problem-solving skills
Β Proficiency in written and verbal communication
Β Comfortable with technology and able to work effectively in a remote setting
Β Work Environment:**
Β This is a fully remote position that requires a quiet, dedicated workspace
Β Must have reliable high-speed internet and a personal computer/phonesuitable for professional work
