Providing personalized support to card members via chat, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
Utilizing your expertise to offer travel, card, and lifestyle services, tailored to meet the unique needs of our card members
Building strong relationships with card members, fostering loyalty and driving engagement with our brand
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and deliver seamless experiences
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and company initiatives to provide informed and relevant support
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with card members and internal stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
Proficiency in using technology platforms, including chat tools and customer relationship management software
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
