The role involves managing inbound calls efficiently while delivering empathetic service and maintaining compliance. Responsibilities Manage a high volume of inbound calls efficiently Listen actively to understand customer needs Provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies Assist with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses Process transactions via web-based applications and conduct research requests Communicate empathetically while ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance Maintain knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology Support team operations during peak times or absences Skills At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience Complete background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting Compliance with camera requirements for meetings and training Verified, secure, reliable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps upload and download) Dedicated work area with desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications Ability to complete an internet speed test successfully 1+ years of previous call center experience Benefits Comprehensive benefit options including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance.
