Key Responsibilities & Duties

Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues

Maintain Customer Records

Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Build & Retain Customer Loyalty

Stay Updated

Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer support or client service role
Strong phone handling skills, active listening, and comfort with various communication channels
