[Remote] Customer Engagement & Project Coordinator, Home Services (car, $77k+ OTE)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. #twiceasnice Recruiting is seeking a Home Services Advisor to serve as a trusted point of contact for local homeowners in the home improvement services industry near Albany, NY. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, conducting in-home consultations, preparing estimates, and guiding projects to completion while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities • Schedule and conduct in-home consultations with residential customers • Travel locally to evaluate project needs and prepare estimates • Educate homeowners on product options and services tailored to their needs • Manage follow-up communication to move projects from estimate to agreement • Meet or exceed individual performance and revenue goals • Identify opportunities to recommend additional services when appropriate • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the life of each project • Participate in regular meetings with management and service team • Manage your schedule to ensure timely appointments and responsiveness to customer requests • Stay current on products, services, and industry offerings Skills • Experience in a customer-facing role required • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various technology/software tools required • Valid driver's license required • Ability to travel regularly within the Capital Region (using company vehicle/gas) required • High school or equivalent (Required) • Customer-facing work : 1 year (Required) • Microsoft Office and various technology/software tools : 1 year (Required) • Do you have any experience or knowledge related to professional home services or residential construction?
