Remote Customer Care Representative
We are hiring Call Center - Customer Care Reps to join our team helping our members, or potential members, with their questions and requests. This is a fully remote role that offers the flexibility in the work schedule (8 hours a day, M-F from 8am to 8pm EST), along with the opportunity to grow in a supportive and collaborative environment.
No call center experience? No problem! We're seeking empathetic individuals with a strong customer service background who are ready to make a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and support customers through the claims filing process and assist with inquiries.
What We're Looking For:
• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required).
• Experience: Customer Service experience is a must.
Details:
• Pay Rate: Starting at $18/hour ($19/hour for bilingual English/Spanish).
• Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 8 PM EST.
• Location: Fully remote, open to applicants across the continental U.S. (hours will align with EST).
• Equipment: Will be provided. Must have high speed internet at home. A speed test is required.
