[Remote] Customer Care Representative

The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining the beverage database. Responsibilities Provide Tier 1–2 support via phone and ticketing system Troubleshoot Windows, Hardware, Software, and Basic Network issues Assist with maintaining our beverage database (images, descriptions, updates) Document issues through our ticketing system and escalate when needed Support system updates and ensure client systems stay online Participate in an on-call emergency support rotation (~1 week every 5 weeks) Skills 1–3 years of IT support, help desk, or strong technical background Familiarity with Windows 10/11 Basic networking knowledge (IP, Command Prompt, Subnet Masks, etc.) SQL Server knowledge Strong communication skills and willingness to learn Must be 21+ Experience with Zendesk or RingCentral is a plus Benefits Fully Remote Schedule with 4 10-hour shifts (Wed-Sat) Growth opportunities in a fast-growing tech company Fun, team-oriented environment Healthcare Benefits Company Overview iPourit is a developer and provider of self serve dispense technology intended for bars, restaurants, hotels.
