Responsibilities
Ā Providing introductory information to prospective and new customers
Ā Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries
Ā Following up with clients or customers by phone or email to check that theyre still satisfied with their purchases
Ā Letting patrons know about additional products or services that might benefit them
Ā Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a clients or customers questions
Ā Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary
Ā Troubleshooting common issues with products or services
Ā Working with a team ofCSRsand other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems
Qualifications

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $24.00 - $35.00/hour.
