**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service on inbound calls, resolving issues and addressing client needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

* Develop and refine your sales skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, and closing deals

**Requirements:**
