About the Role As a Remote Customer Care Liaison, you will be the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, customers, and cross-divisional teams. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will enable you to provide timely and accurate support to our customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, processing orders, maintaining detailed data, and collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless customer service operations. Key Responsibilities Process received orders in a timely manner, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Maintain detailed data in applicable systems, monitoring account activity as necessary. Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, facilitating diverse customer requests and collaborating with cross-divisional teams. Coordinate customer service orders in a timely and accurate manner, working closely with various teams. Assist with various projects as assigned by your direct supervisor. Take on additional responsibilities, focusing on specific departments or locations as required. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of related experience in customer service or a similar field. Good computer skills, with demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and email applications. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail. The ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and multitask concurrent priorities. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cohesively within a team environment. Strong customer service skills, with a positive, enthusiastic, and energetic attitude. Great oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of management. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered advantageous: Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field.
