The Customer Care Associate will provide top-tier service to support family caregivers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey.ResponsibilitiesHelp, support and care for our customers through quality conversations and customer service experiencesAnswer phones and assist customers with order placement, reorders, product questions and guidance, returns, and website navigationEnsure every customer feels valued and supportedBuild customer relationships based on trust, kindness, and reliabilityRecommend products that best serve our customers’ interestsPractice active listening, clarify information, and diffuse tension for upset customersParticipate in ongoing training and learning opportunitiesUtilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriatelyAdhere to all company policies and proceduresSkillsMust be located in Alberta, Canada1-2 years experience in customer care or service-related industry directly taking care of customersProven history of strong service attitude (volunteer experience, passion projects, etc)Exceptional service skills including active listening, written/verbal communication skills, and a professional phone voiceProficiency with computer skills and strong typing skillsReliable access to a private, secure, quiet workspaceReliable high-speed internet access with minimum download speed of 10 Mbps per person connected to the wireless internetMust be legally authorized to work in Canada.
