Seeking up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and presenting value-added service options Communicating effectively and timely with customers to answer questions and inquiries. Serving as a liaison between clients and internal departments Working with the Sourcing and Project Management team to develop order fulfillment plans. Providing ongoing support to the business development field team Qualifications BS degree, preferably in science (Biology, Chemistry, Biological Science etc.) Have at least 2 years of experience in a client services position Have experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (a plus) Have a customer service-oriented attitude Have a commitment to quality Have the ability to problem solve Have excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills Are highly self-motivated, self-directed, organized, and attentive to detail Have the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Have the ability to work both independently and on a team in a collaborative environment Are computer savvy and able to adapt quickly to new technologies Have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word) 9930404
