Sapiens is seeking a Global Customer Advocacy & References Program Manager to build and scale a global customer advocacy program that enhances customer success and supports sales efforts. This role will oversee the entire program, including creating customer stories, managing references, and driving joint promotions with customers.ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage a structured, global customer advocacy and references programDefine processes, governance, and KPIs to scale the programDrive creation of:In-depth case studies (outcome-driven)Customer success snapshots (1-slide KPI stories)Short customer videosEnsure alignment with messaging and sales prioritiesBuild and manage a customer reference directory to serve sales effortsSupport sales with relevant references for active dealsManage reference requests and customer engagementDevelop relationships with key customers for executive references and advisory programsDrive joint customer promotion: events, speaking opportunities, Webinars, podcasts, interviews and joint PR on key milestonesPartner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and MarketingEnsure advocacy assets are accessible and actively usedSkills5+ years in customer marketing, advocacy, product marketing, or customer successB2B experience within a SaaS environmentExperience in marketing within a Born in Cloud environmentExperience managing customer references and/or advocacy programsStrong storytelling and communication skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and drive executionCompany OverviewSapiens provides software solutions for the insurance industry, specializing in digital transformation, core systems, and analytics.
