About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Advisor – Financial Services. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in helping and educating individuals about their financial planning options. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer care, you'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions to address their financial goals.
Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Advisor – Financial Services, your primary responsibilities will include:
Engaging with clients to understand their financial planning needs and goals
Providing personalized financial planning solutions and guidance on retirement plan rollovers, investments, life insurance products, annuities, college plans, and more
Assisting clients with retirement planning, college planning, long-term care, life insurance, and other financial planning needs
Building strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial planning solutions
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
Desirable Experience
While prior experience in the financial industry is not mandatory, we're looking for individuals with:
Excellent customer service skills and a genuine willingness to help others
Strong social and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people
Experience in customer-facing roles, sales, marketing, accounting, or managerial/leadership/entrepreneurial roles
Employment Type and Compensation
As a 1099 employee, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely via Zoom, with the option to work from a nearby branch location. Our compensation package includes a minimum monthly wage of $10,000, with opportunities for commission-based earnings.
