Duties
⢠Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
⢠Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings
⢠Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
⢠Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients in a professional manner
⢠Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for B2B sales
⢠Stay informed about market trends and competitors to provide valuable insights
Experience
⢠Proven experience in inside and outside sales, particularly in technology or software sales
⢠Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
⢠Excellent communication and negotiation skills
⢠Familiarity with CRM software for managing client interactions
⢠Ability to work independently and as part of a team
⢠Nice-to-have: Previous experience in B2B sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
