Responsibilities
ā¢ Review and generate instructional content for AI model training
ā¢ Adapt educational resources to reflect diverse student needs and learning styles
ā¢ Provide clear written and verbal feedback on curriculum materials and teaching strategies
ā¢ Develop structured lesson objectives, classroom procedures, and behavior guidelines for AI learning
ā¢ Collaborate remotely with project teams to ensure quality and alignment
ā¢ Prepare materials that simulate real-world middle school classroom environments
ā¢ Participate in iterative data annotation and documentation tasks
Skills
ā¢ Experience teaching Career/Technical Education at the middle school level or similar setting
ā¢ Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
ā¢ Expertise in lesson planning, classroom organization, and behavior management
ā¢ Ability to adapt instructional approaches for varied learning needs
ā¢ Comfortable working independently in a remote, digital-first environment
