[Remote] CTO / Co-Founder (Equity Only, Pre-Funding) — Stealth AI + IoT Security Startup
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NeedTech Labs is a stealth startup focused on building an AI-powered incident prediction and automated response platform. The role involves owning the technical roadmap and developing a scalable platform that integrates real-time sensor data for proactive risk detection. Responsibilities • End-to-end technical roadmap from MVP → scalable multi-vertical platform • Cloud-native microservices architecture (Kubernetes), CI/CD, IaC, observability • Real-time AI/ML pipeline for multimodal sensor fusion + low-latency inference • IoT integration (e.g., BLE/UWB beacons, environmental/biometric sensors) and secure device enrollment • Compliance-by-design foundations (e.g., GDPR / HIPAA / ISO) and early IP/patent capture Skills • 10+ years building enterprise SaaS and AI/ML systems in production • Strong in Python (TensorFlow/PyTorch), streaming/real-time analytics, and distributed systems • Hands-on experience integrating IoT/hardware signals into cloud platforms • Founder mindset: ownership, speed, high standards, and ability to lead from zero-to-one Company Overview • NeedTech Labs is an AI-first venture platform that aims to revolutionize startup development.
