The Terry Smith Agency, one of the top-performing Farmers Insurance agencies in the nation, is hiring a licensed, fully remote Customer Service Representative to join our high-performing team.
Were looking for someone who's already licensed in Property & Casualty (and ideally Life), has prior insurance experience preferably with Farmers Insurance and can hit the ground running. In this role, you'll provide exceptional service to our growing client base while working remotely in a professional, fast-paced, and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
• Handle client policy changes, billing inquiries, and general account support
• Provide fast, accurate, and friendly service via phone and email
• Assist with claims processing and documentation
• Support renewal reviews and proactive customer outreach
• Collaborate with our in-office team to ensure seamless client service
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and Farmers systems
• Look for opportunities to cross-sell or support the sales team when needed
Requirements
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
• Life Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Prior experience in an insurance agency required, Farmers Insurance experience strongly preferred
• Reliable, self-managed, and tech-savvy with remote systems
• Excellent communication and follow-through skills
• Comfortable working independently while maintaining strong team communication
• Dedicated to delivering exceptional client service
