Remote Crypto Project Research Assistant

Job Summary HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Remote Crypto Project Research Assistant to support our ongoing exploration and evaluation of blockchain, DeFi, Web3, and cryptocurrency-related projects. This is a remote position ideal for candidates passionate about the evolving crypto space and excited to contribute to meaningful research and analysis that drives business and investment decisions. The role involves staying on top of trends, vetting new tokens and projects, and preparing high-quality reports. Key Responsibilities • * Research and analyze upcoming crypto projects, ICOs, tokenomics, and blockchain use cases. • * Monitor developments across DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and other blockchain sectors. • * Evaluate whitepapers, websites, GitHub activity, and community engagement to assess credibility and viability. • * Summarize project fundamentals, risks, utilities, and competitive advantages. • * Track performance metrics, roadmap milestones, partnerships, and exchange listings. • * Provide detailed reports, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders. • * Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and investment teams to align research insights with company goals. • * Stay current with the latest industry news, technological advancements, and regulatory changes. • Required Skills and Qualifications • * Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, crypto market dynamics, and related technologies. • * Proficiency in reading and interpreting whitepapers, tokenomics, and smart contract summaries. • * Excellent research, critical thinking, and analytical skills. • * High attention to detail and the ability to distinguish valuable projects from hype or scams. • * Excellent written communication skills for report preparation and summaries. • * Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. • * Fluency in English is required. • Experience • * At least 1 year of research, analysis, or writing experience in the crypto, finance, or tech industry preferred. • * Hands-on experience investing, trading, or participating in crypto ecosystems (DeFi, staking, NFTs, etc.) is a plus. • * Freshers with strong passion and demonstrable knowledge in the crypto field are also encouraged to apply. • Working Hours • * Flexible work-from-home schedule. • * Approximately 15–25 hours per week, with the possibility of full-time extension based on performance. • * Occasional availability required for virtual team check-ins or research presentations. • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • * Strong internet research capabilities and data interpretation. • * Ability to handle and summarize large amounts of technical or fragmented data. • * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and keeping up with market trends. • * Familiarity with platforms like CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap, Twitter, Discord, Reddit, and DEXTools is beneficial. • * Bonus Ability to read blockchain explorer data or smart contracts. • Benefits • * Fully remote opportunity with flexible working hours. • * Gain insider knowledge and experience in one of the fastest-growing global industries. • * Opportunity to work with experts across blockchain, fintech, and digital innovation. • * Performance-based bonuses and access to premium crypto tools. • * Continuous learning with access to webinars, industry reports, and internal mentorship. • Why Join HR Service Jobs?
