They are seeking a Crop Protection Rebate Analyst responsible for ensuring accurate net cost calculations, maintaining pricing integrity, and managing rebate programs effectively while collaborating with various teams to drive insights and optimize financial performance.ResponsibilitiesDeliver accurate and reliable net cost setup, maintenance, and validation across assigned programsMonitor rebate program performance against defined goals and identify opportunities to improve financial outcomesPartner with Strategy and Finance teams to optimize program performance and ensure alignment with business objectivesUtilize Power BI reports and dashboards to monitor pricing, rebate, and net cost performancePerform in-depth analysis to identify trends, variances, and key drivers impacting net cost, rebate performance, and profitabilityTranslate data into actionable insights and recommendations for cross-functional stakeholdersPartner with stakeholders to enhance reporting and data visibility based on business needsSkillsExperience with data systems including Power BI, PowerApps, and SnowflakeStrong data management skills, including advanced Excel capabilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple responsibilitiesProcess improvement and automation mindsetAbility to travel up to 10%4-year college degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting requiredYou are a strong communicator with verbal, written, and presentation skillsYou can work independently with minimum supervisionYou bring a proactive and solution-oriented mindsetYou enjoy collaborating and contributing to a team-oriented environmentBenefitsThis position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
