[Remote] CRM Operations Manager

Profound Medical Inc. is seeking a CRM Operations Manager responsible for the administration, optimization, and governance of the HubSpot platform to support commercial teams. The role involves serving as the HubSpot SuperAdmin, configuring the system, maintaining data integrity, and implementing new capabilities to improve efficiency.ResponsibilitiesServe as HubSpot SuperAdmin responsible for system configuration, user permissions, integrations, and platform governancePartner with stakeholders to understand business requirements into CRM configuration, including objects, workflows, pipelines, automation and lifecycle managementMaintain CRM data the integrity through governance policies, data hygiene standards, deduplication processes, and process managementBuild and maintain reports and dashboards to track pipeline performance, commercial activity, and key revenue metricsProvide ongoing CRM support including users training, pipeline management guidance, and issue resolutionIdentify and implement new HubSpot capabilities to improve commercial efficiency and scalabilityOther duties as identified and needed by the businessSkillsBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or another business program5+ years of hands-on experience customizing and configuring marketing automation or CRM platformsProven experience leading CRM architecture from discovery through implementationDeep expertise in HubSpot; experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is an assetExperience working within commercial operations, revenue operations, or sales operations teamsExperience integrating CRM with marketing automation, ERP, analytics, and engagement toolsExperience designing lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and attribution frameworksStrong understanding of B2B sales processes and complex deal cyclesExpertise in data management and data qualityA results-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving things to closureWell-developed and proven capabilities in problem-solvingDemonstrated strength to work independently as well as build effective relationships with othersMedical devices experience is an assetCompany OverviewProfound Medical Corp.
