[Remote] CRM Operations Manager

Infinite Electronics, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and strategic CRM Operations Manager to own and optimize their Microsoft Dynamics CRM across all business units. This role will serve as the bridge between Marketing and Sales, ensuring strong CRM adoption, clean data, and scalable processes that support revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesOwn the day-to-day management and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics Sales HubPartner with stakeholders to define and prioritize CRM enhancements and roadmapEnsure CRM structure and workflows align with evolving sales and marketing needsDevelop, document, and maintain CRM standard operating proceduresEstablish best practices for lead management, opportunity tracking, and pipeline hygieneDrive consistency in CRM usage across all business unitsOwn the alignment between CRM (Dynamics) and marketing automation platforms, survey platform and other software connections (e.g., HubSpot, Forsta, Data Providers, Maplytics)Ensure seamless lead flow, lifecycle stages, and data synchronization between systemsPartner with Marketing to optimize lead capture, scoring, routing, and handoff to SalesMaintain data consistency and integrity across platformsIdentify and resolve gaps in integration, workflows, and campaign attributionLead CRM onboarding for new Sales hiresCreate and maintain training materials (videos, guides, quick-reference documentation)Act as the primary resource for CRM usage questions and ongoing user supportReinforce adoption of standardized processes and workflowsEstablish and enforce data standards (required fields, naming conventions, etc.)Monitor and resolve duplicates, incomplete records, and inconsistenciesPartner with Sales and Marketing to maintain clean, actionable dataEnsure CRM data supports accurate reporting and marketing executionServe as the liaison between Sales, Marketing, and CRM administration/ITTranslate business needs into CRM requirements and workflowsProvide guidance to CRM administrators on user experience and process improvementsSkillsCRM platform expertise (MS Dynamics preferred)Strong understanding of sales + marketing processesData analysis and reporting awarenessTraining, documentation, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and stakeholders5–8 years of experience in CRM management, operations, or related rolesHands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Sales HubExperience integrating CRM systems with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management (MQL → SQL → Opportunity)Familiarity with lead scoring, routing, and campaign attributionStrong understanding of sales processes and CRM-driven workflowsExperience developing SOPs, training programs, and user documentationProven ability to manage data quality and governance initiativesExcellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionallyCompany OverviewAt Infinite Electronics, we work to move the world forward by delivering reliable, engineered connectivity solutions worldwide through our portfolio of companies.
