They are seeking a CRM Operations professional to maintain and enhance Salesforce for sales operations, ensuring data integrity and user support across the organization.ResponsibilitiesUser Support & EnablementSupport users at all levels of the organization with the CRM system, including:Call EntryAccount maintenanceOpportunity ManagementObjective ManagementDashboard metric reviewManage and resolve CRM Help Desk support requestsConduct training for users at all levels and create/update training materialsSystem Administration & ConfigurationSet up and maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission setsCustomize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rulesEvaluate, implement, and test CRM enhancements and configuration changesReporting, Dashboards & ScorecardsRun ad hoc and scheduled reportsBuild and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboardsOwn scorecards for 500+ Sales Associates across multiple channels, including data extraction, validation, analysis, and publishingData Quality & GovernanceMaintain high quality CRM dataLoad, delete, and reassign Accounts, Objectives, New Operators, and related recordsPerform system testing and validation prior to production releasesSkills2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience in a production environmentExperience supporting sales teams, reporting, automation, and data integrity initiativesExperience providing Salesforce user support and resolving day-to-day system issuesAbility to plan, prioritize and execute projects within deadlinesHigh proficiency in Microsoft ExcelProficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPointExcellent written and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work with cross-functional teams, including developers, to implement solutionsExcellent analytic and problem-solving skillsSalesforce Certified Administrator preferred (or equivalent experience)Working knowledge of Power BI, including dashboarding and reporting, preferredIndustry experience within food brokerage, food manufacturing, or food distribution preferredBenefitsAnnual SalaryMedical, Dental, and Vision benefits401K +Match EligibilityPaid Time-Off ProgramsTuition Reimbursement OpportunityCompany OverviewCORE Foodservice accelerates growth everywhere consumers eat away from home.
