[Remote] CRM Functional Consultant

The Functional Consultant will leverage their experience in banking to provide expert consultancy and solutions utilizing arenaflex CRM and enhance operational efficiency for clients. Responsibilities • Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements; create demonstrations to provide proof of concept; plan and assist the team in drafting Statements of Work, including estimation of effort and arenaflex • Provide input and advice regarding arenaflex Dynamics 365 capabilities, functions, and features to clients and prospects • Conduct hands-on implementation, configuration, and development of the various components of arenaflex Dynamics 365 • Build positive client relationships by developing an understanding of clients’ business processes • Develop analytical and insightful recommendations to meet deliverable targets, and complete project tasks within budget and to customer satisfaction • Perform requirements gathering and business process analysis • Understand customer requirements and advise the project team on highly specialized, complex solution architecture and implementation • Participate as the technical expert in proposal development and presentations to prospective clients • Deliver presentations to all levels of management • Adapt to different end-user learning styles when training or gathering requirements • Create documentation for clients, including PowerPoint presentations and Visio workflows covering functional and technical requirements, design, training, and process engineering • Assist internal resources with support or pre-sales of arenaflex CRM and related integrations Skills • 5+ years of arenaflex Dynamics CRM implementation experience • Experience as a consultant in a consulting practice, facilitating discovery workshops • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of employees, including C-level executives • Experience creating strong business cases supported by compelling value propositions • Experience gathering business requirements (as-is/to-be models) and configuring arenaflex CRM modules, including Sales and Call Center; Marketing experience is a plus • Experience assisting with the definition and functional design of conversions and interfaces, and leading technical teams through arenaflex CRM API usage and integration development • Knowledge of arenaflex SharePoint, Business Intelligence tools, etc • Working knowledge of arenaflex products, general networking, and Active Directory is required • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Engineering • Proven track record of successful CRM implementations and projects in Retail Banking, Business Banking, Commercial Banking, or Corporate Banking domains • Prior experience working with diverse teams and managing stakeholders in a consulting capacity • Experience using KingswaySoft • Professional certifications related to CRM platforms (e.g., arenaflex Certified: Dynamics 365, Salesforce Certified Administrator) Benefits • Comprehensive benefits package, including remote work, health insurance, retirement plan • Birthday Leave, Because You Matter • Opportunities; webinars, and in-house training sessions • Remote work with in-person meetups, online events, and open knowledge sharing Company Overview • VeriPark is a global provider of multi channel delivery, financial crm, and lending solutions for financial institutions.
