[Remote] CRM Data Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cerity Partners is a company focused on delivering exceptional service to clients, and they are seeking a CRM Data Analyst. The role involves supporting the CRM conversion project team, integrating new advisors onto the Salesforce system, and maintaining documentation and processes for ongoing support.ResponsibilitiesProvide CRM conversion project team support. This includes:Scheduling project calls, trainings, and other adhoc meetings with all stakeholdersFollow up emails documenting all action items, decisions made, important notes (following project calls, initial training, CRM access, etc.)Launching new project Asana boards and notifying all associated partiesKeeping all Asana timelines and tasks up to datePreparing for project calls/project call follow upsUpdate training decks with Salesforce features as deployments occurKeeping internal documentation up to date: Confluence, Smartsheet, Merger Cheat sheets, etcSupport the integration of new advisors on to the Salesforce system. This includes:Onboarding set up within Salesforce platform for incoming teamsUpdating users after tech over - Salesforce & DocuSignValidation of all conversion related dataMiscellaneous project specific tasksDuring the life of the project, help serve as a point of contact for all questions for advisor teams, and third-party solution providersMaintain a working understanding of the metrics, calculations, key user workflows, and operational processes involved in end-to-end maintenance of the CRM platformDocument required processes for ongoing system support, participate in requirements gathering for ongoing system updates, and help facilitate user integration and acceptance testingAssist with improvement projects, ad-hoc projects and complete assigned research projectsMaintain written procedures on all aspects of this position and work to continuously improve initiatives to identify potential solutions and efficienciesSkillsProven history of being a “self-starter,” and a track record of working effectively in a remote/virtual environment, with a distributed teamAbility to “manage up” and have direct, open, and progressive conversations with Management and Partners across the firmAn appetite for analytical problem-solving and desire to maintain a solutions-oriented approach to addressing opportunities and challengesTeam player who welcomes feedback with the goal of continuous improvementDetail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills, professional presentation, and organizational skillsAttitude that no task is too small and a willingness to do whatever tasks are necessary to make sure that the work is done on timeProficiency in technology/applications a must – experience with Salesforce and Excel requiredBachelor's degree in Business or related field required1-3 years related investment services industry experience preferredExperience with other CRM softwares such as Hubspot, Wealthbox, Dynamics a plusExperience with project management a plusBenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurance – day 1!401(k) savings and investment plan options with 4% matchFlexible PTO policyParental LeaveFinancial assistance for advanced education and professional designationsOpportunity to give back time to local communitiesCommuter benefitsCompany OverviewCerity Partners is a financial services company specializes in banking,finance and personal loan.
