They are seeking a CRM Business Analyst to support CRM Operations in scaling systems, workflows, and data infrastructure for client Ads Sales, translating field sales needs into documented requirements and executing CRM enhancements globally.ResponsibilitiesGather, validate, and document business requirements from regional teams, translating local market needs into structured, scalable enhancement requestsMaintain the CRM workflow documentation library, ensuring it reflects current system state and is accessible to field teams and stakeholdersSupport the development and maintenance of CRM policies and governance documentationServe as a day-to-day operational resource for CRM workflow execution, supporting the vendor operations team and handling escalated issues requiring deeper system knowledgeAssist in the administration and configuration of CRM workflows, fields, and integrations under the direction of the CRM Operations ManagerMonitor data quality, flag anomalies, and support the resolution of CRM data integrity issues across regionsAnalyze seller behavior and CRM utilization data to identify friction points, adoption gaps, and opportunities to improve workflow effectivenessBuild and maintain reports and dashboards that surface CRM performance metrics for operational and leadership audiencesSupport pre- and post-launch analysis for CRM enhancements, measuring adoption and impact against defined success metricsPartner with regional teams to understand local workflows and surface patterns that can be codified into global solutionsCoordinate with readiness and enablement teams on the rollout of CRM updates, supporting training materials and field communicationsParticipate in sprint reviews, UAT cycles, and release planning with the Product & Technology teamSkills3–5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business analysis, or a related function in a media, technology, or high-growth environmentHands-on experience with SFDC — including reporting, workflow configuration, and data managementStrong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and present findings clearly to non-technical audiencesProven ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into actionable, structured specificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working across time zones with global stakeholdersDetail-oriented with strong project management instincts — able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping threadsComfortable with ambiguity and the hands-on nature of building operations in a scaling environmentFamiliarity with sales methodologies and how CRM systems support the end-to-end seller workflow is a plusBenefitsCandidates are also eligible for limited benefits such as health insurance, professional development, training, our referral bonus program, and our wellness program.Company OverviewpureIntegration is an information technology company providing system integration solutions.
