The role involves monitoring, coordinating incidents, and managing restoration activities while ensuring accurate documentation and support for root-cause analysis.ResponsibilitiesExecutes day-to-day operational functions of critical incident management services providing continuous 24x7x365 monitoring, coordination, and incident handlingPerforms real-time monitoring, incident declaration, severity assessment using approved SOPs, incident bridge initiation and management, and stakeholder notification throughout the incident lifecycleCoordinates restoration activities across technical teams, vendors, and federal stakeholders while maintaining situational awareness of enterprise conditionsResponsible for accurate and timely documentation, standardized tracking and reporting in approved systems, execution of escalation procedures, and direct support to root-cause analysis and post-incident reviewsEnables continuous refinement of incident criteria, identification of recurring and systemic issues, and proactive remediation of major technical deficienciesSkills4-7 years of relevant experienceAssociates degree in a computer related fieldCompany OverviewThe Amatriot Group (formerly Government Tactical Solutions) is a talent solutions firm built on almost 15 years of experience delivering mission-critical support to the intelligence, defense, and national security sectors of the federal government.
