[Remote] Criteria Project Manager

The Criteria Project Manager will oversee the production line for the Center of Excellence, ensuring that agent guides, policy updates, and training materials are produced on schedule and meet quality standards.ResponsibilitiesOwn the code block expansion calendar: track which categories are in production, in review, and ready to shipCoordinate across the Clinical Intelligence Lead, Protocol Specialist, Compliance Specialist, and engineering to sequence dependencies correctlySet and maintain throughput targets for agent guide production (e.g., one new code block per sprint)Manage the policy change queue: when CMS or a major payer updates policies, ensure the right person picks it up and publishes within SLATrack HITL team onboarding to new categories, ensuring training materials are ready before go-liveRun weekly CoE standups and publish status updates to the broader teamOwn the CoE documentation repository: versioning, access, and organizationSkills3+ years in program or project management in healthcare, health tech, or a clinical services environmentExperience managing complex multi-stakeholder workflows with clinical and technical dependenciesExceptional at tracking details across multiple parallel workstreams without dropping thingsExcellent written communication — you'll publish updates the whole company readsExperience with project management tools (Linear, Jira, Asana, or similar)Familiarity with DMEPOS, managed care, or utilization management processes strongly preferredBenefitsCompetitive equityFull benefitsCompany OverviewBuilding the world's vertically integrated, AI-native, DME provider.
