Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in credit management or a related field
Ability to concurrently address 2-3 conversations and make quick decisions
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer questions and concerns
Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity and motivation
Preferred Qualifications:
Eye for detail and ability to recognize information gaps and explore to answer
Ability to appreciate and respond to customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
