[Remote] Credit Risk Analyst (Remote)

In this remote role, you will leverage your financial analysis and risk assessment experience to help train and refine advanced AI systems, directly shaping how AI models interpret financial statements and assess creditworthiness. Responsibilities • Review, analyze, and interpret financial statements and credit data to support AI model training • Develop clear, well-structured credit assessments based on real-world scenarios and datasets • Document findings in concise written formats suitable for AI learning and evaluation • Identify financial risks, inconsistencies, and emerging trends within datasets • Evaluate AI-generated credit analyses and provide detailed, actionable feedback • Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to improve training quality and model performance • Contribute to the refinement of evaluation frameworks and credit analysis standards Skills • Proven experience in credit analysis, underwriting, risk assessment, or a related financial discipline • Strong ability to interpret balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and credit reports • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail • Advanced analytical and critical thinking capabilities • High accuracy and professionalism in documentation and reporting • Ability to work independently in a remote, technology-driven environment • Comfort adopting new digital tools and workflows • Experience with AI training, data annotation, or financial model validation • Background in financial modeling or quantitative risk analytics • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to credit risk and financial compliance Company Overview • Great companies are built on strong people.
