[Remote] Credentialing Specialists - Work from home

They are seeking action-oriented individuals to join their healthcare team as Credentialing Specialists, where the primary responsibility will involve supporting customers with claims adjudication and provider credentialing through phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities Provide support and guidance to ensure customers have an exceptional experience Involved in claims adjudication and/or provider credentialing Support customers by phone, email and chat Skills Provider Data and/or credentialing experience Knowledge of medical terminology Some experience in a medical office Accurate typing of 40 WPM Excellent Internet connectivity: Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download – the faster the better! In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates.
