This role involves supporting creator sourcing, outreach, content coordination, and managing creator relationships to ensure timely and effective content delivery according to campaign requirements.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and source creators aligned with brand positioning and campaign goalsConduct creator outreach across email, Instagram, TikTok, and other platformsManage creator communication and follow-up throughout campaign lifecycleCoordinate deliverables, timelines, revisions, and approvals with creatorsBuild and maintain organized creator databases and outreach pipelinesEnsure creators receive clear briefs, references, and campaign requirementsTrack creator submissions and ensure content is delivered on timeCoordinate revisions and feedback between creators and internal marketing teamMaintain organized tracking systems for creator campaigns and deliverablesSupport ongoing creator testing and scaling workflowsMaintain campaign trackers, communication logs, and content organization systemsHelp identify operational bottlenecks within creator workflowsCoordinate internally with marketing team on content needs and timelinesSkillsExperience coordinating creators, influencers, UGC campaigns, or content production workflowsStrong written English communication skillsExperience managing outreach, follow-ups, and relationship coordinationExperience working with ecommerce, DTC, or consumer brandsFamiliarity with TikTok, Instagram, and short-form content ecosystemsStrong organizational skills and operational follow-throughComfortable managing multiple creators and moving timelines simultaneouslyExperience using spreadsheets, tracking systems, or project management toolsComfortable working independently in a fast-moving ecommerce or marketing environmentStrong attention to detail and deadline managementExperience supporting paid social or performance creative teamsFamiliarity with creator sourcing tools or influencer databasesCompany OverviewYour Talent Does More.
