The role involves influencing AI-driven character interactions and crafting engaging storylines and dialogues. Responsibilities • Work inside a game environment powered by large language models, helping ensure the characters feel natural, engaging, and emotionally consistent • Review and improve AI generated dialogue, quests, and character interactions • Create new storylines, character personalities, and story arcs • Evaluate tone, humor, and narrative intent • Help shape how the game’s AI characters think, speak, and respond • This is creative, judgment-based work Skills • Enjoy reading, writing, and crafting dialogue • Have a strong sense of tone, emotion, and nuance • Are detail-oriented and comfortable following structured guidelines • Learn new tools and workflows quickly • You do not need prior AI or annotation experience.
