[Remote] Creative Recruiter

Randstad is seeking a Creative & Marketing Recruiter to support recruitment across creative, marketing, and select white collar business functions. This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment and collaborating closely with hiring managers to identify top talent in the creative and corporate sectors.ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment across creative, marketing, and select white collar/corporate positionsSource, screen, and qualify candidates through multiple recruiting channelsPost and manage job requisitions across internal and external platformsParticipate in intake meetings with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, timelines, team dynamics, and required skill setsReview creative portfolios and resumes to assess technical capabilities, brand alignment, and overall fit for creative rolesDevelop an understanding of the culture, aesthetic, and creative direction of supported brands in order to identify aligned talentBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines and talent pools for ongoing and future hiring needsPartner closely with the Associate Program Manager and Program Managers to align on recruitment strategy and hiring prioritiesDeliver a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycleMaintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate tracking within required systems and toolsSupport time-sensitive and high-volume hiring initiatives as business needs evolveSkillsMinimum 2+ years of recruiting experience within a staffing agency, MSP, or corporate recruiting environmentExperience recruiting for creative and marketing requiredAbility to review creative portfolios and assess candidate fit based on brand and role alignmentStrong sourcing, screening, and relationship management skillsAbility to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and client stakeholdersExperience recruiting for corporate positions preferredBeauty, fashion, luxury, or consumer goods industry experience strongly preferredBenefitsMedicalPrescriptionDentalVisionAD&DLife insurance offeringsShort-term disability401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility)Company OverviewRandstad Enterprise is the leading global talent solutions provider, enabling companies to create sustainable business value and agility by keeping people at the heart of their organizations.
