This role involves guiding customers through end-to-end implementations of Configure, Price, and Quote capabilities, translating business requirements into functional solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.ResponsibilitiesParticipating in full-cycle implementations, including Kickoff, Requirements Gathering, Functional Design and Documentation, System Configuration, Testing, and Training, while ensuring adherence to Infor Deployment MethodologyCollaborating with customers to understand their business requirements and translating those requirements into systematic specifications for developmentDeveloping a deep understanding of CPQ software features to effectively apply them to meet customer needsResearching, documenting, configuring, and testing functional elements to align with customer policies, procedures, and applicable lawsPartnering with Product Management, Product Development, and Customer Support to communicate customer needs and design effective solutionsBuilding and maintaining strong customer relationships, delivering high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders, and establishing credibility as a trusted advisorSkillsExperience with configure, price, quote softwareConsulting experience, including customer-facing presentationsExperience applying structured, logical approaches to problem-solving, including root cause analysis and solution design within CPQ or similar systemsProject experience with exposure to software development, including Analysis and Design, Implementation, Testing, and DeploymentExperience in analyzing and documenting business requirements and solution specificationsAbility to travel 50% or moreLegal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the futureUndergraduate degree or equivalent work experienceIndustry-specific expertise in Manufacturing or DistributionCompany OverviewInfor is a global leader in business cloud software products for companies in industry specific markets.
