[Remote] Counsel / Senior Counsel – Employment Litigation (Wage & Hour / Remote)

They are seeking Counsel or Senior Counsel-level attorneys with experience in wage & hour employment litigation to manage a caseload and engage in high-impact cases in a remote-first work environment. Responsibilities • Manage a caseload of approximately 30-40 wage & hour and PAGA matters after onboarding • Draft pleadings, motions, and written discovery • Take and defend depositions • Appear at hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences • Communicate effectively with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel Skills • 5+ years of California wage & hour employment litigation experience (class actions and/or PAGA) • Plaintiff-side or employment defense experience accepted • Strong litigation fundamentals, including discovery, motion practice, and depositions • Desire to focus long-term on wage & hour and PAGA litigation • Active California Bar license • Ability to work remotely within California with occasional travel • This role is best suited for attorneys trained in firm-based litigation environments Benefits • 401(k) • Health, dental, and vision insurance (50% coverage including dependents) • Flexible time off • Remote-first work model Company Overview • Incendia Partners is a staffing agency that offers consulting, recruiting, and staffing services.
