Remote Counsel for Consumer Litigation

In this dynamic role, you will manage high-volume single plaintiff consumer litigation cases, collaborating with senior attorneys on complex matters. Accountabilities
• Manage high volume single plaintiff consumer litigation cases
• Draft motions and pleadings
• Negotiate settlements and handle court appearances
• Prepare cases for trial
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies
• Maintain significant client contact

Requirements
• At least 5 years of general litigation experience, preferably with single plaintiff work
• Experience with Fair Credit Reporting Act litigation or other consumer litigation
• Background with top law firms or a combination of law firm and in-house experience
• Strong work ethic and ability to drive cases to resolution
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
