We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced travel professional to manage domestic travel arrangements, ensuring cost efficiency and exceptional customer service. As a key member of our afterhours Corporate Travel team, you will utilize your expertise in SABRE GDS to drive success and deliver outstanding results.
At AAA Club Alliance, we offer a competitive salary range of $15.78 to $30.26 hourly, depending on your experience and schedule, plus a range of benefits, including:

Responsibilities:
Fulfill domestic travel requests for airline, hotel, and car rentals, ensuring the lowest cost for booked itineraries and maximum commission claimed
Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating travel-related information
Utilize SABRE GDS to manage corporate travel bookings
Promote acceptance of fares, rates, and suppliers that align with client travel program policies
Maintain professional and courteous client relations by promptly responding to telephone and email communications
Stay informed of airline rules, regulations, and current affairs to accurately advise clients
Achieve individual and contractual service level goals related to telephone, quality, and productivity
Schedule Availability: Flexible schedule with potential shift availability between 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM or 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM EST, including at least one weekend day or evening shift.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 4 years of recent experience as a Travel Consultant within the last 6 years
Preferably 1+ year of international travel experience
Corporate Travel experience and proficiency in Sabre GDS are required
