Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Agent to join our afterhours Corporate Travel team. As a Remote Corporate Travel Sabre Agent, you will manage domestic travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals, while ensuring cost efficiency and outstanding service. Your expertise in SABRE GDS and prior experience in Corporate Travel will be essential in thriving in this position. Key Responsibilities Fulfill domestic travel requests for airline, hotel, and car rentals, ensuring the lowest cost for booked itineraries and maximum commission claimed. Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating travel-related information. Utilize SABRE GDS to manage corporate travel bookings. Promote acceptance of fares, rates, and suppliers that align with client travel program policies. Maintain professional and courteous client relations by promptly responding to telephone and email communications. Stay informed of airline rules, regulations, and current affairs to accurately advise clients. Achieve individual and contractual service level goals related to telephone, quality, and productivity. Schedule Availability The assigned schedule for this role is very flexible, with potential shift availability between 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM or 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM EST. Working at least one weekend day or evening shift will be required. Qualifications Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least 4 years of recent experience as a Travel Consultant within the last 6 years. Corporate Travel experience and proficiency in Sabre GDS are required. Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of international travel experience. Skills and Competencies To succeed as a Remote Corporate Travel Sabre Agent, you will need: Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in SABRE GDS and Microsoft Office applications. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
