[Remote] Corporate Systems Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will drive the roadmap for enhancements and innovations, focusing on leveraging automation and AI solutions to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.ResponsibilitiesLead the identification, conceptualization, and alignment of automation and AI initiatives that address key business challenges and drive operational efficiencyEngage directly with commercial and corporate stakeholders to gather feedback, uncover pain points, and translate user needs into actionable product requirementsAnalyze business processes and data to pinpoint areas where automation or AI can deliver significant impactPrepare and deliver presentations, product updates, and data-driven recommendations to communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholdersRepresent technology in cross-functional meetings, ensuring alignment on strategy, priorities, and project executionWork autonomously in a dynamic environment, providing clear, defensible recommendations for automation and AI adoptionDefine product success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate on solutions based on user feedback and business resultsFacilitate collaboration between technology, commercial/corporate functions, and change management teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of new solutionsDocument requirements, coordinate user acceptance testing, and support change management efforts for new features and process enhancementsMaintain a library of best practices, case studies, and support materials to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvementSkillsBachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative or business-related field of studyMinimum 5 years' experience of product management, consulting, transformation rolesFamiliarity with automation technologies (e.g., RPA, workflow automation) and AI concepts (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing, LLMs).
