They are seeking a Corporate Strategic Account Executive to grow their corporate sales team, focusing on securing favorable terms with existing partners and developing upsell strategies for their Corporate Wellness solution.ResponsibilitiesWork directly with identified enterprise and strategic accounts to secure more favorable terms, while still maintaining a strong relationship with the clientWork closely with Account Management & Sales teams to determine the best client strategy and decision makers, ensuring we have a strong point of view when tackling renegotiationsUnderstanding that the initial sale is focused on winning the client, this role is focused on creating a win-win relationship for us and the customer, ensuring that we can retain their business through better margins via creative sales and deal structureCultivate a playbook for upsell opportunities, including data and analytics, pricing and proposal templates, client white papers and baseline strategy, so we can iterate on and continue to grow the team as neededCommunicate successes and roadblocks to the Corporate Sales Manager to ensure you are on track to hit monthly goalsSuggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs, and act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams as neededAll other duties as assignedSkills3-5 years of selling into strategic or high-profile accounts on a B2B levelAbility to interface with senior leaders, with exceptional negotiation and relationship skillsAbility to balance the needs of both internal and external stakeholdersResilience and an ability to overcome objections and obstacles with an openness to feedback, and dedication to consistent self-improvementTechnical experience in computer programs such as CRM systems, Excel, Word, PowerpointHighly organized individual with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, and strong attention to detailBenefitsPerformance bonusBenefitsOther applicable incentive compensation plansCompany OverviewPlaylist is the parent company that operates various physical and mental fitness tech companies.
