[Remote] Corporate Sales Engineer

The Corporate Sales Engineer role involves articulating security solutions and working collaboratively with sales teams to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts.ResponsibilitiesBe the expert in endpoint security space – eg. AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS, etcComprehensive understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systemsArticulate basic security problems to a set of audiencesStrong self-starter with the ability to work independentlyWork collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering; the Sales Engineer should be the technical bridge between CrowdStrike and prospects/customersConduct demonstrations and proof of values with the ability to present technical concepts to a variety of external audiences up to C-level executivesEffective time management and organizational skills a mustSkillsBachelor's degree in technical studies with 1+ years of relevant experience in IT, security, system engineering/administration, or sales engineeringAbility to travel minimally as required (potentially once a year for annual Sales Kickoff Event)Knowledge of malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysisAbility to write and modify basic scripts.
