Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ManpowerGroup is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support key client business needs through a virtual contract. The role involves full cycle recruitment, building candidate pipelines, and ensuring exceptional service for both candidates and clients.

β’ Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates in order to advocate on their behalf for career opportunities
β’ Remove barriers and ensure candidates are equipped with the information and tools to prepare them for successful employment
β’ Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience
β’ Positioned as an expert in the world of work, constantly refreshing their knowledge of in-demand skills and advising both candidates and clients through various platforms
β’ Understand and educate client on the dynamics of the local market, labor and workforce management
Skills
β’ Industry: 2+ years of corporate recruiting experience
β’ Must sit in EST, CST or MST time zones
β’ Education: High school diploma or equivalent
β’ Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree
