[Remote] Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Aduro Advisors is seeking a Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join their growing Finance team. This role is critical in supporting core FP&A processes and involves partnering with key business stakeholders to ensure accuracy and scalability in financial planning and analysis. The Analyst will also be responsible for maintaining FP&A systems, preparing management reporting materials, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.ResponsibilitiesSupport the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles, partnering with department leaders to develop accurate, data-driven forecasts aligned with company objectivesPrepare and maintain monthly departmental Budget vs. Actual (BvA) reporting packages and key metrics, including variance and trend analysisAssist in development of management reporting materials, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadershipMaintain and administer FP&A systems and tools (e.g., Datarails), ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and continuous process improvementSupport headcount planning and roster data in partnership with People teamIdentify opportunities to automate reporting and improve financial planning processes to enhance scalability and efficiencyReconcile and validate financial and operational data across HR systems, payroll platforms, accounting records, and financial reportsInvestigate and resolve data discrepancies, partnering cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and consistency across systemsCollaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and People Operations teams during month-end close, forecasting, and planning cyclesSupport maintenance and governance of financial data structures, reporting hierarchies, and system integrationsContribute to ad hoc financial analyses, reporting requests, and special projects as neededSkills2-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or related analytical rolesBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldExperience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial and operational data into meaningful insightsAdvanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data reconciliationStrong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and data integrityAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentEffective communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skillsSelf-motivated mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, process optimization and automationExperience working with ERP/accounting systems and FP&A/reporting tools (experience with Datarails, Xero, Paylocity, Workday or similar systems preferred)BenefitsCompetitive salaryHealth/Dental/Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceShort-Term DisabilityLong-Term DisabilityPaid Time Off (PTO)401k with Employer MatchCompany-wide social events and programsDog-friendly office in downtown DenverCompany OverviewAduro Advisors is the premier fund administrator, preferred by Fund Managers for its purpose-built software platform, FundPanel.io, and highly-trained service team led by industry veterans.
