[Remote] Corporate Accounting Manager (100% Remote)

The role involves leading global consolidated financial reporting, managing financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, and mentoring junior accounting staff. Responsibilities • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP • Manage global month-end and year-end close, general ledger oversight, and intercompany reconciliations • Lead accounting for business combinations, foreign currency translation, and ASC 606 revenue • Serve as primary point of contact for external auditors and technical accounting matters • Strengthen internal controls, financial systems, and accounting processes • Support tax compliance, budgeting, and forecasting activities • Drive ERP improvements and accounting system optimization • Mentor and develop junior accounting staff Skills • Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance + Active CPA • 6–8 years of experience including public accounting and corporate accounting • Proven experience consolidating multiple global entities • Strong US GAAP and technical accounting background (ASC 606, ASC 805, etc.) • Experience with accounting systems/ERPs (NetSuite or similar) • Ability to operate independently in a remote, multicultural setting • Experience in technology, software, or SaaS environments is a plus Company Overview • Origin Staffing provides exemplary direct-hire (both contingent & retained) recruiting services.
