[Remote] Copywriter

They are seeking a motivated part-time Copywriter to support the execution and optimization of client campaigns, focusing on crafting cold outreach campaigns and analyzing performance data to improve results.ResponsibilitiesWrite personable cold email and LinkedIn campaigns tailored to each client’s business, audience, and value propositionAnalyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversions) to identify trends and opportunitiesDevelop a strong understanding of each client’s business, offer, and market positioningWork across multiple client accounts simultaneously, managing competing priorities and deadlinesMake informed, data-backed decisions on when and how to adjust messagingEffectively communicate and collaborate with members across various operational teamsStay up to date with outreach trends, testing new approaches and refining your understanding of what drives engagement across different industriesSkillsExperience in copywriting, marketing, or business-related rolesStrong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across different industries and audiencesProven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvementsStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslySolid understanding of how businesses operate and how value propositions differ across marketsComfortable making subjective decisions based on both data and contextFundamental understanding of how to use LLMs, Google Workspace (G-Suite), and CRM/PM platformsAbility to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a teamA degree in writing, marketing, business, or a related field is not required but would be considered an assetBenefitsRemote: Work from anywhere.Flexible Schedule: ~15–25 hours per week with a gradual ramp-up over the first 3-4 weeks.Evolving Challenges & Systems: While past performance provides direction, no two clients or markets behave the same.Ownership & Initiative: You’ll work closely with a lean team where clear communication, accountability, and initiative are both encouraged and rewarded.Independent Contractor: You are responsible for your own tax/GST submissions, with eligibility for business write-offs.Growth Potential: Opportunity to move into a full-time role in the future, based on performance and fit.Company OverviewAt Forge Strategy, we understand that every business has unique needs requiring a custom outreach design.
