They are seeking a Strategic Business Development Manager to drive new business across large hotel groups and enterprise hospitality brands by acquiring new accounts and expanding strategic relationships.ResponsibilitiesProspect, source, and close net-new enterprise accounts within the hospitality spaceBuild pipeline from scratch through outbound outreach, strategic account mapping, and multi-threaded engagementManage long and complex sales cycles involving VP- and C-level stakeholdersDrive upsell and expansion opportunities within large hotel groups, management companies, and enterprise chainsLead strategic account planning and develop tailored engagement strategiesCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver solutions and close dealsMaintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting within CRM (Salesforce preferred)Deliver high-impact presentations and communicate value at the executive levelSkillsExtensive enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of new business acquisitionStrong experience prospecting, sourcing, and closing net-new enterprise accountsAbility to build pipeline from scratch using outbound strategies and multi-threaded engagementSolid understanding of hotel distribution (channel management, PMS/CRS connectivity, rate management, e-commerce)Experience driving upsell and expansion within enterprise organizationsProven ability to manage complex, long sales cycles and engage VP- and C-level stakeholdersStrong pipeline management and forecasting skills using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentExceptional communication and executive-level presentation skillsDirect experience in hospitality, travel tech, or hotel distribution (e.g., OTAs, PMS, channel managers, revenue management systems) - MandatoryUnderstanding of integration ecosystems (PMS, CRS, RMS, booking engines, payments) - MandatoryBackground in value-based or consultative selling methodologiesExperience working with global teams across time zonesExisting network within hospitality partners is a strong advantageSpanish language skills (a plus)BenefitsRemote role from Florida stateEquity packages for you to be a part of the SiteMinder journeyMental health and well-being initiativesGenerous parental (including secondary) leave policyPaid birthday, study and volunteering leave every yearSponsored social clubs, team events, and celebrationsEmployee Resource Groups (ERG) to help you connect and get involvedInvestment in your personal growth offering training for your advancementCompany OverviewThe world’s leading hotel distribution and revenue platform It was founded in 2006, and is headquartered in Sydney, New South Wales, AUS, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
