LotusFlare is a provider of cloud-native SaaS products, and they are seeking a Sales Director to lead prospecting efforts and manage relationships with Communications Service Provider customers. The role involves owning the full sales lifecycle, collaborating cross-functionally, and maintaining pipeline visibility through CRM management.ResponsibilitiesLead prospecting efforts to identify, engage, and win new Communications Service Provider (CSP) customers across CanadaBuild, develop, and manage strong relationships with senior client executives and key stakeholdersOwn the full sales lifecycle — from prospecting and opportunity creation through qualification, negotiation, and deal closurePartner with Marketing to share market insights, refine messaging, and contribute to targeted campaigns and go-to-market initiativesCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, and Delivery teams to drive high-quality, on-time sales engagements and successful deal executionWork closely with Legal and Commercial teams to support contracting and commercial processesMaintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline visibility through consistent CRM managementTrack and manage Purchase Orders, Statements of Work (SOWs), Change Orders (CRs), and associated contractual documentationSkills7+ years of experience in sales, business development, consulting, or account managementMinimum 5 years of experience selling telecom BSS platforms or BSS software solutionsStrong understanding of the US telecom market and telecom BSS domainProven experience navigating complex, multi-stage enterprise software sales cyclesDemonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales KPIsExperience working with at least one major US or Canadian telecom operator (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Telus, Comcast, Bell Canada)Proven ability to independently manage and grow customer relationshipsExperience in commercial deal structuring, negotiations, and contract managementStrong collaboration experience with Marketing and Inside Sales teams to drive pipeline generationAbility to work closely with Product and Solutions teams to align customer needs with product roadmap and capabilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills for effective internal alignment and external customer engagementCapable of leading product demonstrations and managing/responding to RFXs as requiredAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionBenefitsCompetitive salary packagePaid lunch (In the office)Private healthcareYearly bonusTraining and workshopsTop-of-the-class engineers to learn from and work withCompany OverviewLotusFlare provides a cloud-native commerce and monetization platform to deliver valuable outcomes to enterprises.
