They are seeking a detail-oriented Media Operations Coordinator to support the execution of paid media campaigns across various channels, ensuring campaigns are launched accurately and optimized efficiently.ResponsibilitiesSupport the setup and trafficking of campaigns across platforms (search, social, video, programmatic)Build campaigns, ad groups, creatives, and tracking links based on channel team requirementsEnsure campaigns are launched on time and aligned with briefs, budgets, and targeting parametersMaintain consistent naming conventions and account structure across platformsImplement and validate tracking (UTMs, pixels, conversion events) across campaignsPartner with agency to ensure campaigns are set up correctly before launchTroubleshoot tracking issues and escalate as neededHelp maintain documentation of tracking frameworks and best practicesServe as the point of contact for ad hoc media operations issues, facilitating and routing to appropriate owners as neededPartner internally and with agency to manage creative assets across platforms, ensuring correct formatting and specificationsCoordinate, organize, and track creative asset requests and briefs to ensure submissions are complete, documented, and ready for traffickingMaintain and manage a landing page URL tracker to ensure accurate URLs are used across creative and campaignsOwn, organize, and maintain creative keys and trafficking documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy across platformsUpload and organize creative across campaigns and channelsAssist channel leads with campaign updates, budget changes, and optimizationsMonitor campaigns for delivery issues, pacing, or errorsSupport implementation of new campaign types and platform featuresMaintain a centralized promo tracker and partner with agency teams to manage and communicate promotional details, including updates, changes, and flight adjustments, ensuring accuracy in live campaigns as promos evolveHelp ensure consistency and accuracy across all media platformsPull and compile performance data across channels for reportingAssist in building dashboards and campaign summariesEnsure data accuracy and consistency across platformsSupport analysis by identifying discrepancies or anomaliesHelp streamline trafficking and QA processes across channelsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency through tools, automation, and better workflowsSupport documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs)Contribute to building scalable operations as the team growsPerform any other reasonable duties for this role as requested by managementSkills1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, ad operations, or a related field (internships included)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsInterest in digital media, marketing technology, and campaign executionAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and collaboration skillsProactive, curious, and eager to learnExemplify each of our Lovesac values, at all times, be results driven and utilize knowledge to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), goals and deadlinesMust be able to travel using various forms of transportation, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, for mandatory meetings and conferences held either at our offices or offsite (i.e. quarterly team connection weeks, companywide meetings and events, vendor visits)Must comply with all policies and procedures outlined in the Lovesac Employee Handbook and work collaboratively with fellow employees, treating all clients, both internal and external with dignity and respect at all timesFamiliarity with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar is a plusBasic understanding of tracking (UTMs, pixels) is a plusBenefitsAnnual Bonus ProgramInaugural Grant Equity Award401K Matching ContributionFinancial Wellness ToolsMedicalDentalVisionHealth Savings and Flexible Spending AccountsPaid Parental LeaveLife/AD&DShort Term and Long-Term DisabilityCritical Illness and Accident InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramUp to 160 hours of paid time off within our fiscal calendar year, prorated from date of hire8 paid company recognized holidaysPet InsuranceGenerous Associate DiscountsCompany OverviewLovesac is the maker of Sactionals, the world's most adaptable couch.
